Meet The Founder

Hi, I’m Kate - founder of Coeur et Maman, and mum to a little boy who changed everything.

After sixteen years working as an actuary, I found myself in unfamiliar territory following the birth of my son c. I was lost; not just in the demands of early motherhood, but in my sense of self. What had once felt certain no longer fit.

In the quiet in-between moments, I felt a deep desire to build something that reflected the kind of life I wanted for my son: one filled with meaning, belonging, and beauty that endures.

Coeur et Maman grew from that place - a response to the longing so many young families feel to root themselves in something lasting.

It is my hope that through these pieces, other parents might find their own sense of identity, create new traditions, and craft a home that tells their story with heart.
